TriTas provides a flexible (instruction) pool of former military personnel with solid operational and didactical experience. There are many current citizens who were formerly militaries of the Belgian Armed Forces and have plenty of operational and didactical experience. Many of them still feel at home in military surroundings and miss the solidarity, colleagues and dynamic of working in the military. However, working in the military is no longer compatible with their way of living and their valuable knowledge and experience can be lost.
TriTas reunites these former companions in a flexible construction to the army and contributes to the needed capacity building. Our preferred way, also known as insourcing, appoints staff to function and integrate in the military training structure of the relevant unit. The aim is to increase the instruction capacity of the unit in question and fully comply with existing frameworks, training instructions, lesson plans and training pocedures. We strive for a long-term cooperation that guarantees the acquired knowledge and skills of former employees in the military.
All instructors of TriTas:
- understand and feel comfortable with the (military) culture of the Belgian Army
- are competent in didactics
- meet the required criteria
- have extensive operational (overseas) experience
- are above all, true specialists in their fields of expertise
Providing Instruction Capacity
In addition to training in the medical domain and firearm/sniper instruction, TriTas also provides instruction capacity for the training of, for example operational leadership and instructors in various disciplines within the domain of (army) engineers. This includes the specific subject areas of Search, Ammunition Awareness, and various explosive training courses.
TriTas has an extensive network and plenty recruitment capacity. Moreover, TriTas offers varied and challenging work in the public and private sector. This makes TriTas an attractive employer for former military personnel. We can therefore quickly offer capacity for a broad scalar of domains in the Belgian Army.
